Era muito pr&oacute;ximo de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.projetohumanos.com.br\/wiki\/caso-evandro\/personagens\/aldo-abagge\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Prefeito de Guaratuba em 1992\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Aldo Abagge<\/a> e rival do governador da &eacute;poca, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.projetohumanos.com.br\/wiki\/caso-evandro\/personagens\/roberto-requiao\/\" target=\"_self\" title=\"Governador do Paran&aacute; entre 1991 e 1994\" class=\"encyclopedia\">Roberto Requi&atilde;o<\/a>.
